Who you are contracting with
LekhaLens is operated by Finesse Enterprises Private Limited ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.
What the app is
LekhaLens imports bank statements you upload and produces classified summaries of your income, spending, and recurring charges. It does not connect to your bank and never asks for net-banking credentials.
Not financial advice
Summaries, classifications, and AI-generated insights are informational only and may contain errors. They are not financial, tax, or investment advice. Always verify against your official bank statements before making decisions or filing.
Your responsibilities
Keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for the accuracy of the statements you upload and for only uploading data you are entitled to — do not upload another person's financial data without their permission.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the service, or reverse-engineer security controls.
Fees
Paid plans are charged once, not on a subscription. Prices are shown on our Pricing section and are in Indian rupees. Cancellation and refund terms are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Availability & liability
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
