Cancellation & Refund Policy

What you are paying for

LekhaLens is a one-time fee, not a subscription. There is no recurring charge, no auto-renewal, and nothing to cancel to avoid a future payment — a plan you have paid for does not bill you again.

Every account starts on the Free plan, which holds one statement at a time and includes every classification and reporting feature. The free plan exists so you can confirm the app reads your bank's statements correctly before paying anything.

Cancellation

Because there is no recurring billing, there is no subscription to cancel. You can stop using the app at any time, and you can delete all of your data from the Profile tab whenever you like.

An order that fails or is abandoned at the payment step is not a charge. If money left your account but your plan did not change, contact us — that is a payment we can see and settle.

Refunds

If the app cannot do what it says for you — for example it cannot read your bank's statement format — write to us within 7 days of payment and we will refund the fee in full.

We do not generally refund a plan after that window, or where the fee has been used to produce the output it was bought for. If you believe your situation warrants one anyway, write to us and explain; we would rather resolve it than argue about it.

Duplicate payments for the same plan are always refunded in full, whenever you notice them.

How to request a refund

Email support@lekhalens.com from the address on your account, with the payment reference from your bank or card statement and a sentence on what went wrong.

How a refund is paid

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, via our payment provider. Once we initiate it, the money typically reaches your account within 5–7 working days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Refunds are made in Indian rupees for the amount charged. We do not cover any currency-conversion difference or bank charge applied by your own provider.
