About Us
Who operates LekhaLens, and what it is for.
What LekhaLens does
LekhaLens turns bank statements into one classified ledger. You export statements from your banks as CSV, Excel or PDF, upload them, and the app reads the transactions, groups them by account, classifies each one under a head and sub-head, detects recurring charges and receipts, and produces a consolidated view you can export to Excel.
It is built for Indian filing: amounts are in rupees, dates are day-first, and income and expenses map to the heads used when preparing an income tax return. It is used by individuals and professionals keeping their own books, and by chartered accountants and tax practitioners keeping separate books for several clients under one login.
What it is not
LekhaLens does not connect to your bank. There is no account aggregator integration and you never give the app your net-banking credentials — it only reads the statement files you choose to upload. It does not move money, and it does not file returns on your behalf.
Summaries and classifications are informational. They are a starting point for your own review, not financial, tax, or investment advice.
Who operates it
LekhaLens is operated by Finesse Enterprises Private Limited, whose company website is https://finessewebtech.com/
